These photos are from Crystal Cove. A 23-home project
built for SeaStar in 1989. Roads built were Starridge Road,
Moongate Court, Via Elevado (1/2 of Via Elevado, the other ˝
was built in 1929) and Ocean Knoll. 2 houses were ‘slab on
grade’ the other 21 houses looked like a single level from
the front elevation, and had a 9’ retaining wall that made
the back portion of the house 2 stories. Built a little dog
park too.
