Las Flores III built between 1988 to 1989. With a few changes
in the plans, it was pretty close to the same product as Los
Flores II. Las Flores III is 172 condominiums of 1 & 2 bedrooms,
two story buildings with 8 or 9 units per buildings. If the
building was 9 units, it was the same as an 8 unit building,
with a single level cottage style unit at the end of one side of
the building (same as LF2) more visible in this project.
This project has one main community pool & spa (only 1 spa on
this tract) with a cabana. (The spa had yellow caution ribbon
around it when I took these pictures, so no photo of the spa is
in this group of photos)
I completed this project 2 weeks ahead of schedule, I was the
only superintendent for the last ½ of the construction project
(when it started, there were two.) After rough grading, the 1st
thing that goes in is the sewer line. This project was an empty
dirt lot when I started.
Streets in LF3 are: Via Cresta, Via Prado, Via Terrano & Via
Meseta. This project has two entries with the main entry off Via
Honesto and the rear entry off Alma Aldea.
