3. Las Flores II, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA - Las Flores II is 185 total 1 & 2 bedroom condominiums. Buildings are two stories with 8 or 9 units per buildings. Los Flores II has a main pool & spa with a cabana, and 2 more spas within the complex.
    
4. Las Flores III - 172 condominiums of 1 & 2 bedrooms, two story buildings with 8 or 9 units per buildings.
    
5. Altamar - This project was the first project built for John Laing Homes from 1986-1987called Altamar. 93 Single family Homes. 2 entry monuments. 5 street names.
